the first draw is a new character you guys did not see 
yet. his name is Commander Jack. Jack do not have any 
powers, he is the commander of the freedom fights 
which Spark, Shark, and Night Howl are in.

           This is the Flag of the U.I ( United Islands ) the stripes on the flag represent the islands and the earth represent he United Nation.

and this the President of the U.I. their where be more detail of the United Island. you know to logo of the S.A.N.
